Your Account

Sign in and sign out

You sign in by entering your phone number and the one-time SMS code we send. To sign out, open Settings → Sign Out in the app.

Delete your account

You can delete your account directly in the app at any time:

  1. Open Hodie
  2. Go to Settings → Delete Account
  3. Confirm the deletion

Once you confirm, we immediately remove your profile, photos, swipes, matches, and message history. Backups are purged on a rolling 30-day schedule. Phone numbers are hashed and retained for 30 days for fraud prevention, then deleted. See the Privacy Policy for full retention details.

If you can't access the app for any reason, email support@migla.io from a phone or address tied to the account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

Export your data

Open Settings → Privacy → Download My Data in the app to receive a machine-readable export of your profile, swipes, matches, and messages. You can also request an export by emailing support@migla.io — we respond within 30 days under the GDPR.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Manage or cancel a subscription

Hodie+ and Hodie Gold are auto-renewable subscriptions managed through Apple. To manage or cancel:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap Hodie and choose your action

Or open apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions in any browser. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep your paid features until then. We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf; only Apple can.

Free trials

If you started a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged the regular price. The trial length is shown in the app before you start.

Refunds

Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no ability to issue refunds directly.

Consumables

Boosts, Spotlights, and Streak Freezes are non-refundable once used. Unused consumables remain on your account until you use them or delete your account.

Safety

Report a user

On any profile or chat, tap the menu and choose Report. Pick the reason. Our moderation team responds within 24 hours. For underage users, choose Underage to skip the queue.

Block a user

On any profile or chat, tap the menu and choose Block. Blocked users can't see your profile, send you messages, or find you in search. Manage blocked accounts in Settings → Privacy & Safety → Blocked Users.

Appeals

If you think your account was suspended or banned in error, email support@migla.io with your phone number and a brief explanation. We review every appeal individually.
